STUDENT LAPTOP LOCKER HIRE AGREEMENT

The student and parent or guardian must carefully read this agreement before signing it. Any questions should be addressed to the school and clarification obtained before the agreement is signed.

In signing below, I agree with the following conditions of laptop locker use:

• the school maintains ownership of the locker
• the school maintains the right to search the locker contents in the presence of the student
• the school does not accept liability for the security of items stored within the locker
• the students will not store any items prohibited by the school within the locker
• the student will only use the locker they have been allocated
• the student will empty the locker and remove all contents at the end of each school year
• the student will report any damage to the lockers immediately to the IT Manager - Information Services
• The student will ensure the locker is maintained in a neat, tidy manner

After reviewing and understanding the responsibility outlined in the Student Laptop Locker Hire Agreement, I agree to pay upon invoice, the annual (non-refundable) fee of $40 for a full year or or just $20 per semester, per locker.
